This is a space for partners who can sell tours and activity products to OPTIBIDE’s customers. All types of products such as experiences, tickets, tours, and classes can be registered.

This is a dedicated space for travel agency partners, where OPTIBIDE customers set their preferred travel options and request quotes. Travel agency partners then submit customized price bids, and once a bid is selected, the winning partner is able to manage and care for the customer’s travel journey end to end.

This is a space where customers who have experienced Optibide’s products can share and sell their travel experiences. Stories of accommodations, activities, and package trips they have enjoyed can be registered along with videos and photos.

This is a space for brands to connect with travelers through the Optibide community — naturally and meaningfully. Instead of traditional ads, partners engage through conversations, shared interests, and community-driven visibility.
Summary of Optibide’s partner policy: 1. 0% room sales commission: Korea’s first booking platform that does not charge partners commission. 2. Lower cancellation and refund risk: travel must start within 10 days of booking with a check-in condition; except in special cases, cancellation is not available. 3. Fair price competition: fair competition centered on the price offered to customers, without priority ad bidding competition between partners. 4. Strict partner vetting: only partners with excellent service and facilities are selected to guarantee the highest quality for customers. 5. Through these policies, Optibide delivers trust and value to both partners and customers.
The requirements for becoming an Optibide partner are as follows: 1. A valid business registration certificate for the relevant industry is required. 2. The quality of services or accommodation facilities for products to be sold to Optibide customers must pass Optibide’s review process. 3. The information provided about products and facilities on Optibide must be accurate, without exaggeration or false representation.
The following documents must be submitted when registering as an Optibide Partner: 1. A valid business registration certificate. 2. Required information submitted according to Optibide’s designated forms. 3. Photos that are accurate and not exaggerated or falsified. 4. A business bank account matching the business registration certificate for payment settlement.
Highlights of Optibide’s partner settlement system: 1. Customer payments are securely managed by NHN KCP. Link 2. Information about NHN KCP, a global company, is available via a separate link. Link 3. Settlement is completed within D+7 business days after the customer checks out. 4. Settlement amounts are deposited into the partner’s registered bank account. 5. After transfer, deposit timing may be delayed depending on the financial system in the partner’s country.
Optibide’s partner settlement process works as follows: 1. When a customer pays, the amount is paid to NHN KCP. 2. The paid amount is held securely with NHN KCP. [Safe purchase confirmation] 3. After the customer checks out or completes use of the product/service, Optibide partners may request settlement; payment is then made in bulk according to NHN KCP’s settlement schedule. 4. Optibide partners can view sales proceeds and upcoming settlement amounts in real time in Payment Dashboard.
Optibide partner commission policy: 1. Accommodation partners: Room sales commission for Optibide accommodation partners is 0%. [As stated in the contract] 2. Activity partners: Optibide activity partners can sell without limit under a flat-fee commission. 3. Travel agency partners: Product sales commission for Optibide travel agency partners is 5%. 4.
