The Optibide website helps users collect travel information and check the availability of customized travel products and services. When making a travel product reservation, the supplier’s terms and conditions (e.g., separate terms and conditions of the hotel or airline) apply separately from these Terms and Conditions, and an individual purchase contract is established between the user and the supplier. As a provider of mail-order brokerage services and additional services, our company is not a party to the purchase contract for travel products booked by users through the website, and responsibility for such products lies entirely with the supplier. All details you provide when booking (including name, identification details, contact details, payment details and dates) must be accurate and complete. If you have accidentally provided us with incorrect information, please let us know and we will help you correct your reservation information. However, this is only possible if the supplier allows it, and we cannot 100% guarantee changes, especially if the change amounts to a change of identity (e.g. name, gender, etc.). We advertise a large number of travel products and whilst we strive to ensure that advertised prices are always accurate, errors may occasionally occur. If an error is apparent in our reasonable opinion, we may, in consultation with the Supplier, cancel the reservation in question or change the price (if the reservation holder agrees). 14. Reservation process
Once your reservation request is complete, you will receive a reservation confirmation email from us. Please check the details provided in your reservation confirmation email and contact us immediately if there are any errors. For more information on confirming flight and hotel reservations, please see the related section below. You will be assigned an Optibide reservation number for each reservation. When contacting us regarding a reservation, please provide your Optibide reservation number to receive faster and more accurate assistance. The following actions are prohibited when using the reservation service:
- Using an invalid bank card or account, or a bank card or account that you are not authorized to use.
- If you impersonate someone else or misrepresent your identity or relationship with another person.
- In case of violation of laws, regulations or institutional requirements, travel product reservations are confirmed based on availability at the time of reservation. Although we strive to continually update our website with the latest information, we cannot guarantee that all travel products will always be available at the time of booking. If for any reason a travel product listed on our website becomes unavailable after you have booked, we will contact you as soon as possible. We reserve the right to request additional information or confirmation to confirm the validity and confirm your booking. If you do not provide the requested information or if the information provided is insufficient, your reservation request may be deemed incomplete and canceled. Please also note that your reservation may be canceled if the product is unavailable during the confirmation process. In this case, we will not be liable for any losses or costs to you, and you acknowledge that you agree to this.
15. Reservation and payment information

If a problem occurs during the payment process, please do not forcefully retry. 16. Preparing for travel
Please make sure you have all necessary insurance and required travel documents for your trip. Such documents include, but are not limited to, passports, IDs, visas, hospital records (e.g., vaccination certificates). Although we offer travel products to specific destinations, Optibide does not recommend or guarantee that travel to or within those destinations is risk-free. Users must check travel warnings and restrictions for their destination before booking or traveling. Please note that it is your sole responsibility to obtain any necessary vaccinations and follow the advice of your physician while traveling.

18. Membership registration and Optiguard Coin
If you register as an Optibide member, you will receive benefits for each membership level and Optiguard coin accumulation.
19. Hotel Terms and Conditions
As a mail order broker, we only act as an intermediary for hotel reservations between customers and suppliers and are therefore not a party to the purchase contract for hotel products booked through our Optibide site. Your reservation is subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant supplier (i.e. the hotel you are staying in and its agents), which can usually be found on the hotel's official website. We can assist with smooth communication with suppliers, but we are not responsible for travel products or services provided or not provided by suppliers.
20. Reservation process
We will do our best to confirm your hotel reservation within the time period advised to you when making the reservation. Most of our rooms can be confirmed immediately, and you will be notified by email as soon as your reservation is confirmed. From then on, your room is guaranteed. If the user's reservation cannot be confirmed, refunds and other actions may be taken according to the hotel's terms and policies. Even after the hotel reservation is confirmed, there may be cases where the user contacts the hotel directly but the reservation is not confirmed, but you do not need to worry. Your reservation is still valid, but your personal information may not have been transferred to the hotel until closer to your reservation date. 21. Reservation changes and cancellations
We will provide you with information regarding your rights to change and cancel your hotel reservation (including applicable costs) during the reservation process. Some rooms may not be able to be changed or refunded, so please be sure to check this before completing your reservation request. Even if changes are possible, there may be limitations on the hotels or rooms that can be changed depending on the circumstances of the hotel or third-party hotel provider, which may result in not being able to use all options or alternative rooms displayed on our Optibide website. If you request to change your hotel reservation, we will provide you with information on available options. If the hotel changes or cancels your reservation, the hotel's rules will take precedence, so please be sure to check the hotel's terms and conditions. 22. Hotel star
Our reviews are based on user-approved reviews, and our hotel star ratings are determined by Optibide based on a comprehensive consideration of information provided directly by the hotel (e.g., hotel star ratings for the country or region in which the hotel is located), amenities, photos, reviews, and price.
23. Activity Supplier Terms and Conditions
As a mail order broker, we only act as an intermediary for activity reservations between customers and suppliers, and are therefore not a party to the purchase contract for activities you book through our Optibide site. As stated in the “Introduction to Terms and Conditions”, your reservation is subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant supplier (e.g. car rental company), which can generally be found on the official website of each supplier. Where possible, we provide a link to the applicable terms and conditions at the payment stage of the booking process.
24. Reservation changes and cancellations
Please be sure to check the relevant supplier's terms and conditions for information regarding your rights to change or cancel your booking. You may have been provided with some information about your rights when making a reservation. If the supplier changes or cancels your booking, their policies will generally apply, so please be sure to check their terms and conditions. If you have any additional questions, please contact Optibide Customer Center directly using the contact information specified in Paragraph 1 of these Terms and Conditions and we will do our best to assist you.
25. How we use your personal information

26. Limitation of our liability and compensation for losses
Most of the information posted on our Optibide website is provided by relevant suppliers or based on reviews written by travel product users. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy and completeness of this information to the extent permitted by law, but we cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage arising from inaccuracies or incompleteness of the information. Furthermore, we make no representations, warranties or conditions of any kind with respect to the information provided to users by the Optibide website, except where prohibited by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from any of the following reasons:
- Loss and damage resulting from submitting incorrect information (name, ID information, nationality, contact information, payment information, date and time, etc.) when making a reservation.

- Actions not recognized by the supplier
- If you miss a means of transfer within the itinerary (flight, train, bus, cruise ship, etc.) due to your own mistake.
- Discount cards (e.g. rail cards) cannot be used.
- Reservation requests due to user error (including duplicate reservations)
- Foreign payment fees charged by the account issuer at the time of payment, alternative exchange rate applied according to the payment currency, difference between the exchange rate at the time of payment and the exchange rate at the time of reservation
- Problems arising from direct communication between users and suppliers
- Inaccurate reviews and hotel star information
- Providing false, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete payment information;
- Misuse of interactive areas of the website in violation of the content standards of these Terms and Conditions.
- Travel to travel advisory or restricted areas
- Occurrence of events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, epidemics, war, terrorism, social chaos, government actions, internet and system failures, etc.
We provide the Optibide website for personal, non-commercial use only, and are not liable for any loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of business opportunities resulting from business or commercial use. This limitation of liability is limited to the maximum extent prescribed by law, except as otherwise provided by relevant laws.
27. Actions and responsibilities in case of violation of these terms and conditions
If an Optibide Platform user fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws and regulations, we may take any or all of the following measures without prior notice.
- We may, in consultation with the Supplier, refuse or cancel any reservations associated with your name, email address or account.
- You may cancel or withdraw Optibide coins, coupons, incentives, promotional rewards, and other benefits that you are accumulating or have already accumulated.
- To the extent permitted by law, we may immediately, temporarily or permanently restrict or revoke your right to use our website and reservation services.
- We may immediately, temporarily or permanently delete or make private any Contributions uploaded by you to our Website.
- A warning may be issued to the user.
- You may file a lawsuit claiming damages, including reasonable administrative costs and legal fees, resulting from a violation of these Terms and Conditions.
- We may take additional legal action and may provide any information to law enforcement authorities if we deem it necessary.
- We may take other measures that we deem appropriate at our discretion. You acknowledge that Optibide will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your violation of these Terms and Conditions, and you agree that you are solely responsible for any loss or damage suffered by us as a result of your violation of these Terms and Conditions. If a reservation is canceled, we may not disclose the reason for cancellation if it (a) violates relevant laws or (b) interferes with the detection and prevention of fraud and other illegal activities. Additionally, If the supplier's terms and conditions do not allow for refunds, you may not be able to receive a refund even if you cancel your reservation, so please be sure to check the relevant supplier's terms and conditions for specific details. If your use of the service is restricted or denied, you must agree not to try again using a different name or account. If your reservation has been canceled in error or you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact customer service. In this case, you acknowledge and agree that Optibide is not responsible for any losses or costs.

29. National law applicable in case of dispute
These Terms and Conditions and any disputes or proceedings arising therefrom (including non-contractual disputes or proceedings), and their subject matter and formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. You and we agree that the courts of Singapore will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or proceeding (including non-contractual disputes and proceedings) relating to these Terms and Conditions, their subject matter or formation. However, this does not limit the user's legal right to file a dispute or lawsuit in court in the country where the user resides. 30. General information
These Terms and Conditions are a contract between you and us and no one else will have the right to enforce these Terms and Conditions. If a court or relevant authority finds any part of these Terms and Conditions to be in violation of the law, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
